

REALmagic MPEG RMPRO Interactive Playback OS/2 Driver Release  1.00

Installation of Real Magic Pro on Warp 3.0
===========================================
1) Install WARP 3.0 if not already installed.
2) Install Fix Pack 26 if not already installed.
3) Shutdown and Reboot.
4) Type MINSTALL from the directory where the Real Magic Pro driver is stored.
5) Shutdown and Reboot
6) Before you use the Real Magic Pro driver, please ensure to do auto
   calibration and auto vertical frequency detection by doing the followings:

   - click on OS/2 System folder
   - click on System Setup
   - click on Multimedia Setup page
   - click on Real Magic Pro 2
   - click on defaults
   - click on alignment button
   - click ok to save the settings.
   - close Multimedia Setup page

7) You should now be able to play MPEG motion video.

Installation of Real Magic Pro on Warp 4.0
===========================================
1) Install WARP 4.0 if not already installed.
2) Shutdown and Reboot.
3) Type MINSTALL from the directory where you stored your Real Magic Pro driver.
4) Shutdown and Reboot
5) Before you use the Real Magic Pro driver, please ensure to do auto
   calibration and auto vertical frequency detection by doing the followings:

   - click on OS/2 System folder
   - click on System Setup
   - click on Multimedia Setup page
   - click on Real Magic Pro 2
   - click on defaults
   - click on alignment button
     - If you don't see color bars in your alignment window, you need to click
       on the auto-calibration button to start the color calibration.
     - After you see the color bars and if it doesn't fit in the window too
       well, you need to adjust the width correction to adjust it.
     - You may also need to use X-START and Y-START sliding bars to adjust
       the color bars to fit right in the alignment window.
     - After you're done with adjusting the video window, you can click on
       ok and save the settings.
     - If you still have problem with not seeing color bars, you need to click
       on vertical frequency detection to correctly detect the frequency and
       do the above steps again for auto-calibration.  If you still have
       problem with that, you need to call Sigma Designs.  Some display cards
       do not calibrate as well as it should.
   - click ok to save the settings.
   - close Multimedia Setup page

6) You should now be able to play MPEG motion video.
