The rainviewer.com weather API has been sunsetted as of 01/01/26.
So you must now use the rainbow.ai weather API for international radar
maps. The user can now select from a variety of radar map tiles
from around the world. rainbow.ai is a replacement for the now defunct
rainviewer.com api service. Get your rainbow.ai API key at
https://developer.rainbow.ai/signup.

This version was compiled with Visual Studio 2026 and uses .Net Core 10.
The archive is self-contained, meaning you do not need to install .Net

rainviewer.com is sun-setting their free cloud cover service on 
01/01/26, that has been removed from this version.

v1.4 released on 02/28/25
Added the ability for a user to introduce a pause between radar/infrared 
animation frames. The -Wxxxx command line option allows the sysop to set a
time in milliseconds that the door will pause between frames. Usually not
desired, but works great in rare cases like fTelnet.

Fixed a few more bugs pertaining to the command line parameters and made a few
UI enhancements. Added support for using ipinfo.io to geocode a caller's ip
address. ipinfo.io uses https where as the default ip geocoder does not.

v1.2 released on 02/22/25
Added support for command line parameters. Introduced a few new settings in the
.ini file. Fixed several ansi color issues and squahed a bug where the door 
was not clearing the screen properly between screens when the caller was using
NetRunner and the door was a Linux flavor.
