RunBatch.Exe is a 32/64-bit Windows program
that will execute a .BAT while looking like
an Exe! :) This will allow one to Pin any
Shortcut to the Taskbar (Pinning .BAT files
under Windows 7 is not allowed). Make the
Shortcut call RunBatch with the batch file
to run as the argument (i.e. RunBatch X.Bat)
